ABOUT
Rick Lesley is a versatile game designer based in Seattle, Washington with experience across genres including first-person shooters, third-person adventure games, racing sims and more. He is skilled in level design, mission design, systems design, AI design and combat scripting, and has an affinity for creating complementary gameplay systems and spaces to facilitate exciting, memorable and replayable experiences.
With a knack for process, Rick enjoys working on designer-facing tools and finding new ways to improve existing pipelines and scripting needs. He enjoys collaborating across departments to bring designs to life and find new and innovative ways to improve the player experience.
Rick graduated from Michigan State University in 2010 with a B.A. in Telecommunication, Information Studies and Media with a specialization in Video Game Design and Development.

In his spare time, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, Rufus. You’ll usually find him playing video games, taking photographs with vintage camera lenses, cooking up new recipes and indoor rock climbing.
